This presentation is aimed at the prospective students and describes structure, curriculum and history of the School of Radiophysics of V. Karazin Kharkiv National University. It highlights some of the School research and educational programs and public outreach activities that led to the School growth and success. The presentation has been prepared by Miss Svetlana Pishko (2005-2007 Chapter Secretary) and first presented at the University Open Day in March 2006.

The School of Radiophysics at V. Karazin Kharkiv National University offers 4-year Bachelor’s and 5-year Master's degree programs in Radiophysics & Electronics and Biophysics. Students learn to develop and operate facilities for generating, converting, transmitting and receiving energy and information in the radio to optical frequency ranges, and develop cost-efficient energy and resource saving technologies.
